Every Redtix event comes with its own admin page and a live Google Sheet. Here's a look inside both, so you know exactly what you'll be working with.

Your admin page
One secure page that runs your whole event, on your phone, tablet or laptop. Nothing to install: log in with your Event ID and PIN, and a new device also needs a code from your email. Tap or click any screenshot to see it full size.
Your numbers, as they happen
Tickets issued and still available, takings, discounts given, how many people are through the gate, and what you keep after fees. It refreshes itself every minute while it's open.
Turn the scanner and gate sales on or off with one tap, and change your gate staff's PIN whenever you like.
See what's selling, and when
Tickets sold online, at the gate and given away, day by day or week by week, with a running total. Every category gets its own line in the table below it.

Watch the gates fill up
Check-ins by the hour and by gate, live from your scanners. Prefer a clipboard? Print the check-in list as a PDF from the top of the page.
Know when your buyers buy
Online orders by time of day and day of the week, plus where your buyers come from by suburb, region and state. Handy for timing ads and emails.
Prices and limits in one place
Up to 10 ticket categories. Change a name, price or limit and save, and your ticket widget shows the new prices and availability live. Earlier buyers keep the price they paid.
Find any order in seconds
Search by name, email, phone or order number. From the order you can change tickets, email the patron, refund, reissue lost tickets, resend them to a new address, or void them.
Refunds, price changes, discount codes and patron emails ask for your PIN again.
Tell everyone at once
Send one message to every ticket holder, or just the categories you pick. Everyone goes in BCC, so nobody sees anyone else's address. Send yourself a test first.
Codes for sponsors, members and promos
A percentage or dollar amount off, for chosen categories, with an optional last day and order limit. See how many orders used each code and how much it gave away.
Run it from the gate
The same admin page fits a phone screen, so you can check numbers, find an order or issue a complimentary ticket from wherever you're standing.
Your live Google Sheet
Every sale, ticket, refund and change is written to a Google Sheet that's shared with you. Click through the tabs below to see what's in each one.
