Price changes apply to new sales. Refunds on earlier orders use the price the buyer paid. The limit is the most tickets a category can ever issue, including comps; it can't go below the number already issued.

To resend a comp, search for it on the Resend tab.
Email patrons
One email to everyone holding a valid or used ticket, or to the categories you pick. Patrons go in BCC, so nobody sees anyone else's address. Refunded and voided tickets are left out. Press Send once; big sends finish on their own.
New discount code
Patrons type the code into your website's ticket widget. One code per order: if they enter another, the last one replaces it. A code takes at most 50% off and always leaves at least $1.00 to pay (for free tickets, use Comps). The Stripe and Redtix fees come out of what the patron actually pays.

Paste this code into your website where you want people to buy tickets, using your website builder's "HTML embed" or "custom code" block. It's already set up for this event and shows your categories, prices and availability live, so it never needs changing when you edit them here.

Refunds, patron emails, price changes and discount codes need your PIN again.
