Selling
- Up to 10 ticket categories like Early Bird, General Admission, VIP or Concessions. Change names and prices any time; earlier buyers keep the price they paid.
- Capacity limits per category, complimentary tickets included. Sales stop automatically when a category is full.
- On/off switches for each category, your gate scanner and gate sales.
- Discount codes as a percentage or dollar amount, for chosen categories, with an optional end date and order limit.
Looking after patrons
- Find any order by name, email or order number, check the payment with Stripe and resend tickets to any address.
- Refunds for a whole order or just some tickets, straight back to the patron's card, even after a ticket has been scanned.
- Upgrades, exchanges and downgrades. Patrons pay the difference through a secure Stripe link, or you refund none, some or all of it. Any change fee is itemised in their email, never added at checkout.
- Void and reissue. Cancel tickets, or issue fresh QR codes if tickets are lost or shared; the old codes stop working.
- Email your patrons all at once or by category, with every address kept private.

Our fees are charged per transaction, not per ticket. If a customer buys multiple tickets at once, the fixed $0.60 fee is only applied once for the entire checkout.
